“Spyrus An Mor” is a short film that explores themes of Cornish folklore, focusing on the legend of the Mermaid of Zennor. The typography and symbology used drew strong inspiration from both the Book of Kells as well as Celtic knots and culture. I also curated a series of handcrafted props, including wax-sealed 18th-century letters, which I individually stained, folded, and reproduced to ensure historical accuracy and visual authenticity. This collaborative project was developed in partnership with Catherine Jennings.
